Shipping policy

We will endeavour to have all orders for New Zealand and Australia shipped out within 48 hours but delays may occur in instances beyond our control, for example, public holidays and staff shortages so please allow additional time. You will receive a confirmation along with a tracking number once your order has been packed and/ or dispatched. We typically send via NZ Post overnight courier (Service timeframe 1-3 days) but there may be delays and any issues should be directed to NZ Post. We send all parcels with signatures NOT required. 

We send to Australia with DHL and any tracking or lost parcel inquiries should be directed to them.

We are not liable for any damage caused by the courier company while your items are in transit and will not be responsible for reimbursing damaged goods nor contacting the courier company to lodge a claim. Courier is at the risk of the buyer and the duty of filing claims with the necessary courier company must be done by the receiver.
